I started Blueforce Innovations because I was tired of seeing businesses get stuck in "analysis paralysis" with consultants who talk a good game but never actually roll up their sleeves and do the work.

Born and raised in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico, I've been taking things apart and putting them back together since I was a kid. That curiosity never went away—it just evolved from gadgets to business systems. I realized early on that the most satisfying feeling wasn't just understanding how something worked, but making it work better for someone.

When I launched this company in January 2018, my goal was simple: be the person who actually gets things done. No fancy reports that gather dust, no endless meetings about strategy—just real solutions that help businesses grow.
